Refund Policy – Saykudan LTD

Refund Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction. This policy outlines how we handle refunds for applications, source code, and custom software development services.

Last updated: 1 January 2026 Governed by English Law

1. App Store & Google Play Purchases

All purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (including initial app purchases and subscriptions) are managed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

Direct Refund Policy: Saykudan LTD cannot directly issue refunds for transactions made through 3rd party app stores. You must follow their official refund request procedures.

2. Source Code Licences

Due to the digital nature of source code, these products are generally non-refundable once the download link or repository access has been shared with you.

Review Before Purchase: Please ensure you have reviewed the app functionality and tech stack requirements before purchasing a source code licence.

Exceptions may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the code is found to be materially different from the technical description provided by us.

3. Custom Development & Services

Refunds for bespoke development projects are handled according to the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Contract signed for that project.

  • Deposits: Fully refundable if work has not yet commenced, minus any processing fees.
  • Milestones: Once a milestone is accepted and delivered, the associated payment is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation: If a project is cancelled mid-development, you are liable for hours worked up until the point of notice.
